ICF Program

ICF-MR is a Medicaid program. ICF-MR programs are certified and licensed by the State to provide a full range of training and care to individuals with mental retardation.

RMI has five homes in the ICF-MR program where we serve 30 individuals. The homes and our residents are very much a part of the average, middle class neighborhoods where they have been located for years. We, at RMI, feel that people with mental retardation should have as normal a life as possible and should be allowed to reach their maximum level of independence.
