RMI offers one of San Antonio’s premier job placement programs for individuals with disabilities. Our tailored services are designed to boost employment outcomes for each participant. We accept referrals from Texas Workforce Commission Vocational Rehabilitation Services (TWC-VRS), AACOG (Bexar County, LIDDA), and the Multi-Assistance Center (MAC).

Job Readiness Services equips participants with the skills and knowledge needed to secure and sustain competitive, integrated employment. By building a solid foundation, we set participants up for long-term success in their careers.
An individual job coach works one-on-one with each participant to determine interests in order to find the most suitable type of work.
Once a job has been found, a one-on-one job coach facilitates the training process with the participant and the employer.
Ongoing support addresses specific goals, objectives, and concerns regarding the participant’s employment in order to keep the job.
Multi-Assistance Center (MAC)
We’re excited to share that RMI has partnered with the Multi-Assistance Center (MAC) to offer specialized employment readiness and supported employment services exclusively for MAC members.
Through this collaboration, MAC members will benefit from working closely with our experienced team, gaining essential knowledge and skills to secure meaningful, competitive, and integrated job opportunities. Together, we’re committed to empowering MAC members to achieve their career goals and thrive in the workforce.
